Good morning.. I have a policy with hollard which covered my grandmother.. I had explained that she had no sort of identity document but was in the process of getting her documents with the department of home affairs... she unfortunately passed on before she could get her birth certificate... I went and claimed but the policy hasn't paid out till now since January. Please help
