GDE receives salary on the 20th of each month. Noticed that the amount received was lesser by R500. Upon receiving my salary advice I noticed that Hollard had made a *****ulent deduction because I have did not open a policy with them.

To my surprise colleagues (about 10) complain of the same deduction. So we report this to the principal who advises us to go to the police station to make affidavits explaining the ordeal. We did that and they were forwarded to the district.

So once again in anticipation of this months salary I notice the same deduction.

HOLLARD I have no existing policy with you. R500 in this economy is a lot of money to just disappear from my salary. With the heightened killings for insurance claims this is an endangerment to my life and others. How did u get a hold of my persal? The signature & copy of my ID to approve the authorisation of this policy?

Who is the agent that brought through my application? Who are the beneficiaries registered under my policy?
