This company is by the worst of its kind. An extremely rude female consultant just called to enquire about the Regent(Clicks) policy that was paid out AFTER we laid our mother to rest. We asked her why she’s calling and she was rude and abrupt. We are trying to mourn and grieve our mother and you send insensitive, rude consultants to call us in the weee hours of the morning.
