I am a customer of the Jet Store/ Foschini Group I have cellphone insurance with them...I send my phone (Hauwei Y 5) for repairs June 2021...I paid the access fee...send proof of payment to Fin rite Lloyd Mokgwasa and I am still waiting for my cellphone Please help
