i have spoken to several complaint managers who promised to assist me with my policy. ive been waiting for over 2 weeks for my documents and nobody is saying anything. the last i check they stopped the policy that they **********ly opened without my concern, when i asked to see the documents for my current policy so i could check if they had the right details they gave me runarounds . i'm definitely canceling all my policies with them
