Im not happy with Hollard

I have a funeral policy with hollard they usualy debit last day of the month so end of March and April it happens that they dont find money in my account but end Apri i called them and they gave their account number i payed them using remote banking i payed for 2 months and went to hollard at Protea Gardens nd asked them to debit on the 4th they did'nt i had to pay them again bt now i went to Hollard at bara again to ask them to debit because even when i pay them using remote banking they will send me messages that they did not receive the payment my policy will lapse bt they are not debiting even todae nd there is money in my account
