I went there to make a claim the service I got was unforgettable.From the security at the gate to the security at the parking lot to the receptionist then lastly the consultant they were all happy souls they make you forget your sorrows,the consultant was very friendly we were laughing while she was doing her work efficiently and professionally.The last that shocked on my way home my claim was finalised and the money was in I've never heard the claim that was paid out that quick,so I would like to say to hollard and staff keep up the good work you are the best
