I WAS SOLD A WRONG PRODUCT!!!!!!!

I started paying this policy on the 1st of July 2017 an amount of R372.18 premium a month but when my step-mother passed away in April 2018 I was told I will not get any money because she was insured for less than a year and she dies of hypertension. They let me run up and down collecting information and doctors reports while trying to claim and only to tell me after I have obtained all the information that they will not be paying my claim. nothing is stipulated in the contract I have with them about not getting my money if the person is insured less than a year, my step-mother died on natural causes not hypertension. After I joined this policy they called us for a workshop in Kwa-Thema they still didn't mention anything about not burying people who are sick, so I want to know they bury people who died from what??? I want all my premiums paid to them back because clearly they are a ****!!!! ********** / ********** 180
