I took out a funeral policy on the 26/08/2021 and I also paid my first premium on the very same day but unfortunately I cancelled my policy before 31 days as it is stated on their contract that if cancel your policy within 31 days, you will be refunded

I took out a funeral policy on the 26/08/2021 and I also paid my first premium on the very same day but unfortunately I cancelled my policy before 31 days as it is stated on their contract that if cancel your policy within 31 days, you will be refunded.since I cancelled my policy until today,I have not received my premium back..I tried sending them an email but I still have not received my premium back..I'm not happy at all
