I think I chose the wrong insurance company

I am disappointed by hollard and their 5yr cash back benefit. I have claimed and told that it will take 7 to 14 working days for the payout but I have been sent form pillar to post to get it.. Everyone I speak to shifts the bug and blames another department. The managers are not helpful and all they can say is they don't know how long it will really take for the payout. So Hollard is not reliable and that makes me wonder how they will handle my claim should the inevitable happen..
