I never spoke to any representative from Hollard as i prefer not to deal with Hollard at all

I never spoke to any representative from Hollard as i prefer not to deal with Hollard at all. All of a sudden there is a deduction on my salary from Hollard (Life Wise). How did they even get my information? How can they just put policies on peoples names who they've never even been in contact with. This is unacceptable. I have sent emails and logged queries and complaints with Hollard to no avail. This is incredibly frustrating to know that companies like Hollard just do as they please with no consequences.
