i need your help

i have been paying 2 policies for more than 10 years for my young brother and my late sister daughter Refilwe Philadelphia Kamanga and Pogisho Richard Kamanga ,to day i called them to inform to make changes on my Bank details as my bank account and the bank opened a new account for me ,to my surprise when i give them my ID number it doesn't appear on the system ,i gave them the police number its appearing but i cant change the bank details because it shows is refiloe and richard paying the policies but the banking details its mine i don't understand what is going on . i need your help please,
