I need clarity.😡👻🙉

Hello, i have a big problem with Hollard, I've opened 2 policies with them, educational plan, and cover for life, and always when they come at work to sell their policies, i always ask them to check my policies, and they would say ok we will check until i get busy with my work and dont go back to them to check, today other lady from hollard came, and this time i waited to check the response, only to find out that, i am not appearing in their system as an active member of any policy with hollard, after they've been deducting straight from my persal from last year. I tried call them they cant assist me. Please i need help, because they took a lot of money from me, for not appearing as an active policy payer from them.
