I have hollard funeral policy with them

I have hollard funeral policy with them.When i took my policy they told me i will get cash back after 5 years if i dont claim for any funeral in that 5 years,now when i ask them about my cash back cause i have to recieve it on october they say im not going to get it and they dont give reasons.And the disturbing thing again is that they increase premiums every 2 months,these year only they increased premium 3 times for me.And i always check their page on facebook they dont pay people when they have funerals people are crying cause they dont get help.Can somebody do something about Hollard please these is not right
