I dont know what to do anymore - someone please help me!!!!

<p>I have a life policy with Hollard Life - Altrisk - I have been trying to make an amendment to my policy since the beginning of the year. I have phoned. After numerous conversations and being cut off etc etc To make a long story short, being told to email their customer services dept, being completely ignored.. then I wrote on Hellopeter and I got a response from a person who said they will be contacting me shortly - this was on 24th January - I AM STILL WAITING!!!</p> <p>My blood is boiling today because i got an email from them with the policy and "Annual Escalation" which is part of the amendments I need to make.</p> <p>I phone their customer client services team. It rings and cuts off. What more could I expect? So I have once again emailed their client services and yet again have no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone tell me what I need to do to get these people to contact ME to change MY policy I have with them. Actually right now I would love to just close this policy - you know you get calls on a daily basis of people trying to sell you these policies - clearly these people at Hollard do not care a damn about their customers - I think they have made it perfectly clear that they dont want me as a customer anymore</p> <p>But gee, if someone could just contact me - I could do something about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>SICK AND TIRED NOW - Really I am!!!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
