I didn’t not sign up why you deduct money in my Account

I’m not Happy with how you operate on 1 February 2021 you deducted R260 from my Account I have never been in contact with you about opening a policy I have no idea why I was it deducted please revise my money back to my account and Cancel your Policy . It’s been weeks and weeks sending Emails to you guys and no Mail was responded it shows the level of service is low Please Cancel ********** agreement that I didn’t not agree to it
