Hospital claim

My wife was ill in August and submitted a hospital claim for the days in hospital. But heard nothing. After numerous attempts and fone calls nothing happened. Last week we were promised that the case will be solved within the next 5 working days. Still waiting for our feedback. If we must rate Hollard we will give them a zero. No help from their side.
