Hospital cash back from Hollard by Direct Axis

I have a hospital cashback with Hollard through Direct Axis.

Nan i tell you it is so very hsrd to get to te right people.... Switchboard put me through and you wait 45 minutes for someone to answer your xqll just to rell you that you have xome through the wtong department and you keep calling back from your cell phone and another 40 minutes go by and no one aswers the phone. The email address returned saying the mailbox is full.

So frustrated. I am the one who keeps on following up an no responses from them

I really hope thus is true. I ran out of airtime because if tge very very long holding on for nothing. I am fresh out of hsp and expected better treatment. I went to the police station to get my ID certified and i am not supposed to drive. So why did i have to put my life on the line just to hear that you are sorry. You should have pay me out. Now that is a sorry i can live with.

Anyways, i have forgiven you. Just remind me to never di business with you again.

It's now a week later and no one has contacted me. I would think that since the immoral treatment, someone will have the sense to make this a priority. We all are effected by Covid 19 in one way or the other. I had a major operation and because of the stress the healing process is much slower.

I pray that someone can intervene and get this sorted out for once and for all. HELP

Another apology but no money, after I re submitted everything again to the same email where no one is doing anything.

Why is it so hard for someone, anyone to do their jobs. Do they not understand that I need the money... How long are we going to be without food?

How long, I'm asking with tears in my eyes... What more do I tell my kids when they are getting food.
