Horrible Hollard:(

Good day

I would like to inform the public about the lack of competence and assistance my sister and I have experienced with Hollard Insurance, through PEP Stores. We have both taken policies in 2016 and have been faithfully paying every monthly installment.

We processed our claims in June 2022 and to date we have not received any joy, so much so that we had to resort to handing the matter over to our attorneys, in which has been a back and forth situation.

Most recently we contacted Hollard and was advised that our policies cease to exist.

Hollard being a reputable Insurance company, my sister and I felt safe in taking out policies with Hollard, little did we know we were going to be given the run around and ****** of our hard earned money.

This is utterly unacceptable and I would not advise Hollard Insurance to anyone.
