********** service Hollard funeral policy.
Claim has been submitted almost a month back. And no response, no correspondence. Instead when you call the call centre calls are dropped. Will definitely be canceling all my policies with them. Customer care is very important to me.

30 Aug 2021, 12:04Thank you for the prompt response. I had 2 covers for my father. I think one for R10 000 and another for R11 000 if I'm not mistaken. And only the one was paid out.
