Horllard Funeral Shamble

After the passing of my father I made a funeral claim with Hillard. I recieved the worst possible treatment from them and 2 weeks later am still being brushed over with a " we are processing your claim." I took the time in my fury to right in depth how badly I was treated by the agents manager and the delayed. And got two liners in my responce, on each paragraph. It's disgraceful. My father has now been buried and I am still chocked up and over and above all that I'm still running after the same company asking the to pay a claim. I feel sorry for all other customers that are still with Hillard and pray they never get this type of treatment. They are a terrible insurance company.z
