Hopeless Hollard

My last resort is coming to hallopeter, my father in law passed away almost a month ago and his funeral cover has still not been paid out. I have send countless emails and made numerous phone calls. But they can't seem to finalise these matter. I've also tryed to log a complaint on they're website but the link does not allow you to submit a complain. Staff are generally unhelpful and unwilling to do more than what they see on they're computer screen. Please help!!!
