Yesterday I went to 25 Owl Street were i met a lady by the Name of Lydia Shuncula i showed her my policy number which MG*** .She showed me on her system a spread sheet that is from Nedbank dateT February on that spread sheet there were 748 name of House owner including mine and policy number , when i check the policy numbers which i just mentioned its my old bond account number ,She says only five people are dealing with this systems hence when i called the Hollard call centre nobody was able to trace it .My question was how can such a big company not know about me even if i provided the id number , she said they should directly call her as she is working with this .Imagine if i died having not finishd my bond , what could have happened to my house as even myself did not have this information before hand and one other things how many accounts does Hollard have to intrust peoples policy to only five people. The amount since 2001 have not changed it was still R172.72 ,how possible is that with all the inflation rates .I Believe Hollard as a big company have a finance department who deals with payment but why Nedbank was sending this spread sheet to Lydia Shanculaand when i asked her to only show my account History she could not as it was a joint spread sheet
