Hollards terrible service

Hi

I would like to advise people about how Hollard treated me as their customer. I paid my policy for 6 years and had no problem. A cash back was supposed to be due to me for 5 years of payment but Hollard never informed me that they are giving me the cash back and they paid the current payer the money that was due to me. Now current payer doesn't want to return my cash back and Hollard is of no help. Hollard refuses to reverse the money due to me. I've been ****** of the money due to me. Hollard is the worst company and their customer services is appalling!!!
