Hollards bad service

Hollards service is pathetic. They are *****. My mother has submitted a claim last week Wednesday and it is still not finalised. We are unable to proceed with a funeral because of their non payment . It is now 6 days and the funeral is today . We have been calling them and there were escalions after escalations. Shame on them. You don't only deal with the trauma of loosing someone but the trauma which has been caused by hollard. I will spend every energy i have telling people I know to cancel policies with hollard.
