Hollard's at its best with Harassment

1 Star is to much for this insurance. People be warned this is an absolutely useless insurance company. They have ****** from me over R48K but the hart sore part is that if something happens to me they will not pay a sent!!! Their contracts is drawn so up they give you the impression you are covered but when it comes to claims they refuse to pay. Hollard's is so useless that they are not even capable to add a file to an e-mail. They keep the file deliberately back so when you want to make an objection it is to late. When you corner them they start doing best what they can do. Its called Harassment!!! Tell me do you think the public out there is stupid or dumb?? Do you think the people out there cannot read??? I waited 7 minutes on the landline for the PR!! That position does not exist in that firm!!! So "I should have been" Note should have been transferred to a secret agent who works with the sending of the SMS notifications. There is also nobody working. Absconded???? Who knows? Woking for such a firm I will also abscond!! Don't you think 6 of the same SMS messages is bit much?? Sorry I forgot the public cannot read!!! So Mr. clever Hollard please send me the document I signed giving you permission to send me any SMS messages. Hollard's id breaking the law ignoring the POPI act. Sorry they are excluded. Fact:- Do not take a policy from this insurance firm. You will regret it like in my case. Paying for a insurance which is on paper but empty in the body when it comes to full fill its obligations. Boycott this insurance. Make a case at the police when ever you get a SMS message without your permission.
