Hollard you're Clowns nxa9

I've canceled my policies with Hollard in February, but they deducted for March, I understand that they'll be deducting from salary for three months and I need to claim a refund since they deducting from my employer. But now the issue is I've claimed 12 days ago and haven't received a cent from them and their policy on refunds is 10 working days. Every time I call they tell me the money has been authorized and it's been week now. Hollard think I'm an idiot of some kind. Since they'll be deducting for another 2 months, this is fiasco I'll be going through to get my money back
