Hollard you need to employ people who understand how delicate this business is .

I registered a death claim for my father last week ,I called hollard to register a claim . A consultant sent a list of the required documents without explaining exactly why those documents are required her name was Nthabiseng . Amongst the list of the documents was a letter of authority ,I struggled for 3days trying to get that document ,I then discovered what the letter is for , which was not needed in this case.i called Hollard again on Thursday they confirmed the letter was not needed ,but gave wrong information still ,they said my brother is the beneficiary ,we spent the whole day obtaining his documentation and getting it certified ,we wasted our time for nothing .We then went to Hollard maponya and we were assisted by Mbali Mzimela . What an angel , she gave us the correct information , she was about to knock off when we got there ,but she never hesitated to assist because she understood the situation we were in . I lost both my parents and they were both insured with Hollard ,in both instances I did not have a good experience . This one is only an exception because of Mbali Mzimela she made sure we got the money at the last hour .Thank you Mbali
