Hollard won’t pay out claim

So I took a policy with 21st Century, underwritten by Hollard. On the 6th of May my father passed on and I submitted a claim. 1st they rejected the claim on some bogus reasons, then they reviewed it and approved it. It’s been over a week, and this has not been paid out. I’m really losing my patience since I also have vendors I need to pay back.
