Hollard with IUA has enrolled me *****ulently for policies without contacting me ever

IUA is constantly enrolling me on insurance policies *****ulently and say this has been done through Hollard. I have no recollection of signing up for such a policy and also no one called me from Hollard or IUA. I also didn't receive any policy through IUA or Hollard. This fee is the charged to an RCS Edgars account, without my permission. This happened before and I just noticed it started again immediately after I cancelled the previous *****elent charges.
