HOLLARD WILL NOT RESPOND TO MY REQUEST

I once logged a claim month back stating that I DO NOT want HOLLARD to increase my funeral insurance premiums every month. I want it to be fixed as I will not afford the increasing amounts. A lady called me and I told her as well that if they cant do that rather they cancel my policy because I DO NOT want my premiums to increase!!!!! That girl promised to get back to me but it has been two weeks already.. I WANT this sorted ASAP or I cancel my policy with them!!!!!!!
