Worst worst ever. The sales agents lapse your policy on purpose so that they can call you. I had two policies been paying since 2019. Having a policy is a safe haven for me... But hey. Miss a payment once and make arrangements. Wooo worst thing ever... Maybe stick to the brach. I need to go the now and fix my policies because man I've been paying sooo much for so long up until I had financial issues but still payed. Made arrangements in December and they Lapsed my policy without telling... OK now previous day an agent called me and told me my policy Lapsed but I was on a call with agents previously and it was ohk.... Wow.... They lapse it so that they can give you another one afresh. Wow
