Hollard went to woods with Life Cover

My aunt has since claimed her husband's life cover from Hollard but nothing is happening, Hollard has went to the woods. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied with this conduct and we wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The communication from Hollard ceased and now we have to play hide and seek with them. There are no branches in the Rural areas. We have nowhere to go.
