Hollard useless

I took out a funeral policy for my wife and I. When she passed away they payed her portion of the policy. No problem. Then I got engaged and contacted them to aad my fiance to the policy. Instead of adding her they took out a second policy. this pushed my premium to above what I can afford. I lodged a complaint which they acknowlged. They sent me an email to notify me that a consultant would contact me within the next 5 days. They never contacted me at all. there is no phone numbers on their website to contact them. I dont want the second policy and want to cancel it as I can get better coverage, service and premium at other companies.
