Hollard trying to ripp me off

I called the 7th May 2019 spoke to lerato to make changes on my beneficiary lady that assisted was emang pilodi my ref : ********** 789 I logged a complaint still didn't get a call back or feedback this is what hollard does I've been paying my policy for over a decade and I advised I had changed the amount I was covered for but when emang checked she said it was, for less I requested all calls and they should check as I dealt with hollard at Southgate I want this sorted look at the date now still haven't heard from any1
