Hollard treating my mom in law like ****!!

My mom in law had to get paid out the amount in her contract, and was paid much less. She has been trying in vain to get someone to help her from Hollard! They claim there was a mistake on the contract that she took out, and then put the phone down in her ear. It's pathetic!! Let's hope someone sees this post and phone her back!!
