Hollard tells you to contact them by email but after 10 days they still have not responded.
Send an email for advice to *** as advice on Hollard website on 3 January 2021, today 11 January 2021 tried to call as I have had no response, not even an acknowledgement that they received the email. Tried to call this morning and had to listen to all their nonsense announcements for 2 minutes and 30 seconds before I could speak to someone and then the call got cut off. Absolutely useless!!!!!
