Hollard stop false advertising 48 hours payout
Hollard edcon funeral insurance is a waste im holding on for 60min now no one answers ,I filed a claim still waiting for pay out on the policy,No one replies to emails etc im abroad so I will not be able to be contacted.48 hours payout is mis leading more like fight with them from the policy holders grave.Poor service poor company poor communication.Even there facebook page said someone will call.back but no one has.

04 Sept 2020, 23:23Another.week has gone by and Hollard has not made any attempt what so ever I have managed to contact them myself and was told my brother is the beneficiary and I must get him to fill out the claim for and send it.But again no one has rep**** its going to be two months just now and yourll have not sent one feedback poor poor service.Maybe I need to take my concern to a hire authority now.
