Hollard Specialist is Bull****

I'm writing this complaint with so much anger from the way Hollard Specialist has been dragging to resolve this matter. They are so quick to respond here online claiming to have been trying to contact me and how they can't pick up my policy on the system while I'm still not refunded. A consultant decided to **** me and put a policy without my consent and took R1431.00 from my persal. This was done on the 13th of April. I was told the investigation has been done and they will refund me 5 to 10 days. Today I did a follow up 7 days after receiving the email only to be told by Cynthia Cuna that they don't have my documents. Now my question is , how many times should I keep sending my documents???? Hollard Specialist is a nightmare and worst of all, I was ****med and never consented on this policy. I'm mad furious, I want my money that is due to me, that is my hard earned money, I want it as in NOW
