Hollard Specialist is a ****mer

If there's a zero star to rate hollard I would opt for it. I'm not even angry but greatly disappointed with how they are slow to attend my complaint. A life cover was taken without my concern and R1431.00 deducted from my persal. I have submitted documents but up to now I have not been given any update from their so called investigation.
