Hollard Specialist Investment Policy is a No No

I have been struggling to get hold of them for the past 2 days over the phone,when I finally reach them,they could not even trace my policy number on their system.Now I am not even sure whether the policy exists on not.They did not send me my policy documents hence I do not know my policy number
