Unbelievebly Bad Service

I did an application requesting surrendering my policy and it's cancellation, within the prescribed time frame for processing it which was long before my pay date. Upon been aware that they deducted for this month they told me they haven't worked on my claim that they received long before my pay date.

Now, I am basically paying for their alleged backlogs.

Beware of such companies, such things might happen when you are nolonger alive or at the time you need money as per the contract for your child's education fees.
