Hollard RIP *******

Hollard does not respond to several requests for detailed policy information. The reason is because their funeral policies are completely worthless. They are stalling to release detailed information on the policies in spite of very specific requests so they can continue billing for as long as possible. The policies belongs to my 80+ mother who has paid in more than the value the policy will pay out on her death. They verbally indicated an amount paid in without confirming exactly how much they have received ! It took a number of calls and just as many email to get the first response. I am properly mandated by Power of Attorney to access this information. While it may still be perfectly legal to take these old peoples money it is morally reprehensible to take vast sums over many years without offering anything in return. I am reviewing my own policies with Hollard and will cancel them with immediate effect. What a despicable company !!!
