Hollard policy cancelation and refund

Hi my name is Londekile Mseleku ID no.880421 and I had a policy with Hollard life which I canceled on the 15th September 2021. I went into the hollard branch in Smith Street Durban and I was given a form to fill and submitted my iD document which the consultant emailed and they said it will canceled. After 2 months the policy was still deducting on my account which was a shock to me. I than went to the branch again as this time I was told that the policy was under My life and more but you payslip says Hollard even the policy document was written hollard. The lady that once called me told me that the signature in the policy document do not match the one on the cancelation form nd that that I should email my ID documents with 3 signatures of which I did... till today they taking R318 from my salary. I need from them to cancel my policy and refund me on all these months running around
