HOLLARD PILICIES

Hellopeter, I have a problem concerning my Polis with Hollard, I have been paying this Funeral plan insurance policy from March 2020 and the policy was as follows: for my sister QJ Domingo and my uncle Dawid Donkerman, every month their policies deduct from my bank but according to Hollard the policies lapse and i emailed them the bank statements and they continue to say the policy lapsed and now my problem is that if the policies lapsed where are the premiums goes to. Please assist me on this one also
