I'm starting to think that Hollard insurance (PEP) is a **** 2nd time I experiencing problems with claiming a death of a loved ones I've claimed a month ago still even today nothing they requesting this and that I sent them all the relevant Documents but still nothing is being said or done from their side, They don't care about people,they are not client centric they all care about they money... I'm gonna take you to ombudsman of insurance.
