Hollard not communicating

Ive been retrenced and I have credit insurance with Edgars which is handled by Hollard.

Ive sent my details numerous tines to the email given and I only get a response stating the email is broken with a other email. Ive sent the email to the other email and I still haven't received any feesback, only automated emails. Ive called several times and all they say is no email has been received
