Hollard never contacts me back

My father passed away and I have not been able to find his policy number to claim. So I have send emails via the website and directly asking if someone can please contact me to assist. I have his ID number and death certificate. So far no one has contacted me! I have paid for everything from my won pocket and can probably kiss money goodbye!
