Hollard must fall

It's been 3 weeks after a funeral of my sister, and hollard is pushing us from pillar to post saying that their claims can take up to months, but when joining the policy they tell you about 48hrs. I feel for those families that are still covered with their loved ones by them. Because they do not pay, even the 200 they promise you when you joining, everything is about escalation.
