HOLLARD LIFE-PATHETIC SERVICE. YOU DIE, PAYMENT IS MADE AFTER 3 MONTHS

In June 2023, my cousin passed on. All requested documents were sent. On the day of his funeral, no payment as been made, to date. They needed the details of the funeral parlor as well as the informer. This information was given in June and July. To date, no communication from Hollard or updates or payouts. Should there be any discrepancy, I suggested that they send their investigators to the parlor as well as to Mrs Smith(the informer). I am struggling financially as a result of this, as I had to loan monies to bury my cousin.
